This was my very first experience getting Botox, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Pamela, my injector, was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we met, she made me feel completely at ease—so warm, accommodating, and reassuring. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and took the time to walk me through what I might consider in the future without ever making me feel pressured. I truly appreciated her honest, thoughtful approach and her philosophy of “only when you’re ready.” It genuinely felt like talking to someone I’d known for years, and that level of comfort means everything—especially for a first-timer. I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be returning. My husband actually went first and had his very first Botox treatment done with Pamela. At his two-week follow-up appointment, Pamela showed us his before-and-after photos, and wow—we were truly impressed with the results. Seeing how natural and well-done his outcome was, along with how comfortable and satisfied he felt throughout the process, gave me the confidence to move forward with my own treatment. I felt excited, comfortable, and completely confident in my decision. Stacey, the manager, was just as amazing—so kind and welcoming. As a new patient, she surprised me with a thoughtful welcome gift bag, which was such a lovely touch and made the experience feel extra special. Overall, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The clinic is spotless and beautifully maintained, and I loved the little details—champagne, chocolates, and my favorite, Acqua Panna Tuscan water. Those thoughtful extras truly elevate the experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone considering treatments—whether it’s your first time or you’re already familiar. We both felt well cared for from start to finish and are very happy with our experience.

Melissa is truly amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the right treatment, and her patience in listening and truly understanding your needs is what makes her stand out.
