Intracoastal Dermatology - Hodges

I’ve been a long time patient, usually only visiting for yearly check up. I had to come in today as I was having an allergic reaction from a surgery (with a different provider). Sara Pulayya took care of me today. I felt heard and cared for. In addition to giving me medication to help alleviate my symptoms, I felt the compassion, and felt she really cared about what I was experiencing. I wish I could remember the assistants name who was also there, she also heard me, and even gave me a much needed hug. It was much more than the prescriptive care that I needed, but apparently, I also needed to be heard, and I was. Very grateful they were able to see me on such short notice and very grateful for the care I received. I will definitely continue being a long time patient.

Five stars for Dr. O’Connell. I’ve been a patient for 10+ years, and she’s consistently knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. Her skin exams are meticulous, she answers every question in clear, practical terms, and her warm, welcoming demeanor always puts me at ease. More recently she's also helped with treating my hair loss. The office runs smoothly and follow‑ups are prompt. Highly recommended. Note: scheduling for full body exams runs many months out, but they have an efficient automated wait list you can opt in to that texts when other openings come available. Other types of appointments that don't take as long can be scheduled without as long of a wait.

I have been under the care of Dr Adkisson and PAC Ms Killer for several years and always felt comfortable in their presence. Both are very thorough and treat you like a person and not just another patient or number. I highly recommend anyone to receive their care.

Dr. O’Connell is an excellent dermatologist. She is very knowledgeable and detailed in her work. I have seen her for many years and she is always very personable, friendly and kind. The office is very well run, appointments are on time, efficient, and the billing is made super easy.

Dr O'Connell is one of the most caring doctors I've ever had. She's been looking after me for 10 years now and I'd refer her to my family and friends without a second thought!
