I am so happy I found Luminess! I’ve been seeing Irene for the past 1-1.5 years, and she is truly wonderful - thoughtful, professional, and clearly grounded in a strong healthcare background. She genuinely cares about providing evidence-based, high-quality care, and it shows in every detail. I also really admire her dedication to ongoing learning. she was literally flying to another conference the day after my appointment! Everyone at Luminess is very kind and professional. Irene, however, is extraordinary. I would classify her as a master injector. By the way - both painless laser hair removal and painless labs are possible when you visit her. She has a very gentle touch and is kind and understanding as well. Jailene effortlessly manages appointments while being welcoming and knowledgable, she is just delightful and was great answering my husbands questions too. Gretchen’s expertise in Integrative Manual Therapy and pain relief is truly unbelievable. Visit her if you have injury’s or chronic pain, after one visit my frozen shoulder is significantly improved in both movement and pain (which up until now has been non-stop). She is truly gifted and patient, she explains what she is doing and uses a treatment called Softwave that helps to stimulate your body’s natural healing processes to help you move and breathe freely again. Last, but certainly not least, Kerstin is an excellent massage therapist and aesthetician. She is so sweet and asks questions to help you relax and help you feel better in no time!
