Ageless Rejuvenation Center

I’ve been visiting this location for some time and initially found them through Groupon. About a month ago, I saw Rae for the second time. She is knowledgeable and took the time to explain Dysport/Botox and her recommendations regarding the number of units. I decided to stay within what I had already purchased through Groupon. That said, the experience when redeeming a Groupon on a return visit felt a bit less welcoming than expected, which was surprising given that they were still offering those deals at the time. I recently tried to refer a friend and noticed they no longer appear to offer Groupon promotions. If you’ve already purchased a Groupon, I’d recommend redeeming it sooner rather than later. Overall, just something to be aware of when booking and managing expectations.

I have been a client at this medical spa for the past two years, and I have consistently been very satisfied with the level of care and service provided. The staff is highly professional (especially Rae, Lindsay and Courtney), knowledgeable, and always courteous, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment at every visit. Treatments are explained thoroughly, and I always feel confident that my care is personalized and handled with expertise. I absolutely love and enjoy going to ageless rejuvenation center. Courtney does a great job when it comes to taking care of my skin she takes her time and explains every step that is needed base on my skin needs. I love the place it is very clean smells great, they have great skin care products etc..I love every single person that’s works there and they are very nice and ready to serve every customers needs. I would recommend Ageless Rejuvenation if you want to get that glow effect.

I contacted ARC for laser therapy and had a consultation with Courtney, the esthetician and Courtney recommend that I do the Softglow treatments. She said she would start out with at least 3 treatments on me. I was highly impressed with Cortney's knowledge and capabilities. I was looking forward to my treatments with Courtney but had to cancel due to unforeseen medical circumstances. When I called to request a refund Nichole told me they do not give refunds on their services but she would send a message to Lindsay, the Office Manager. Lindsay called back and explained that their policy is normally not to give refunds, but she spoke with the owners and due to the medical situation they would do an exception and refund my money for the services. I also purchased their Zo Skin Health Pigment Control Program + Hydroquinone and highly recommend this product. I have been using the product for 2 weeks and I am seeing results already. The hyperpigmentation is already starting to improve. I highly recommend ARC and in the future will be back for their services and in the mean time will continue to use their products. Thank you to Lindsay and the Owners for going above and beyond their normal business practices and showing compassion for my situation.

I recently had a derma-planing done by, I think her name was Courtney. I had a really good experience. I’m new to getting older, 41, and I’m a newbie at skincare. Courtney was very educational during my session and told me about the other services they offer. When I got home I explored their website and was excited to see everything they had to offer. I was even more excited seeing that the 2 doctors on staff are black women. I try to patronize black-owned businesses as much as possible. Here’s the reason for the 2 stars. I called on Thursday 10/23/25 and left a voicemail because no one answered. Moments later I received a text from them asking how they could help me but here it is Saturday 10/25/25 and I never received a response. Terrible business practice. I’m an office manager at a nearby tax office and I would NEVER allow an unreturned call or text for that long of a time. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
