👎🏻My appointment today was unexpectedly cancelled, and I’m not sure if it was only me or all clients. I also don’t understand why there wasn’t a replacement technician available to provide the service. I was really upset, as it wasted my whole day. I noticed that when clients cancel, they are charged, but when the clinic cancels, it seems there’s no issue. Additionally, instead of giving me the nearest available appointment, they scheduled me two months later, and made it seem like I should feel lucky if they call me earlier in case someone cancels. I hope the clinic improves its communication and scheduling so clients’ time is respected.

Kelly, the manager was awesome! Professional and fun all at the same time. I’ve had quite a few laser hair treatments before and I must say Kelly will be one of the reasons I come back- plus the great laser packages they have going on!! I felt at home only after a short time in her office. My technician was Tea, she was also great. Pleasant and right to business after my consultation! My next appointment is booked and I’m looking forward to it!

I visited Semper Laser for laser hair removal and had a frustrating experience. My appointments were consistently mixed up, leading to wasted time. The staff was rude, and rather than addressing my concerns, I was met with dismissive attitudes. The service itself was rushed, with little explanation provided about the procedure. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and confused. I cannot recommend Semper Laser based on my experience-there are better options out there!

I’m very disappointed with this place. The equipment and products they use don’t seem clean, and the overall hygiene is not what you expect from a professional laser clinic. The receptionist is very unprofessional and often speaks to customers in a rude and disrespectful way. They cancel appointments frequently without proper notice, and it feels like they don’t respect people’s time at all. They also charge more than they say at the beginning, and every time there is some extra fee. It honestly feels like they only care about money and not about customer satisfaction. Instead of helping clients, they try to sell more sessions and services even when it’s not necessary. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects honesty, respect, and professionalism👐🏾

Came in with zero knowledge and no hopes. Cherilynn took amazing care and answered all 1,000 questions and doubts I had. Definitely would recommend to my family and friends! This was my very first time getting laser hair removal, and Mallory made the entire experience absolutely amazing. She answered every question I had with patience and clarity, and she made sure I understood each step before moving forward. Her caring and mindful approach instantly put me at ease. On top of that, she has such a charismatic, friendly, and chatty personality that it felt more like catching up with a friend than an appointment. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience, Mallory is truly exceptional!
