The office is beautiful. It’s located next to the newer Publix across from Durbin Plaza. The staff was amazing, I first met Taylor who took my history and worked with the provider “Racquel” who is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Raquel actually performed my treatments. Everyone was very professional. I am new to the area so it was my first time in this office. They were amazing, The areas of Dysport treatment took very well. Raquel’s skill set experience shows. I barely felt the injections this time around. I am newer to the St. John’s area and I am so happy I found HELLO SMOOTH!! If you’re looking for a new office or an amazing nurse practitioner who will actually do your injections herself Go to HELLO SMOOTH!!! Awesome experience!!

We just relocated from Michigan to Florida and finding a new med spa was a top priority for me. I had the pleasure of meeting Taylor and Pilar this week and they were both amazing. They were kind and very thorough. They took their time with me, discussed all available services and products, and they were never pushy or sales-ey in any way. I was delighted when they indicated that they had time to inject during my consultation - because I was due! They definitely earned a new client this week in me. I look forward to returning! So I’m one week out after my first BBL heroic treatment. I still have a little bit of peppering on my face, but overall I’m thrilled with the results! I wanted to leave this review because I am completely satisfied with the quality of services I received. I truly feel blessed to have found such a competent team of skincare professionals located right here off of Racetrack Road…. There’s no need to travel to Ponte Vedra or Orlando to some overpriced snooty med spa when you’ve got Hello Smooth right here in town! Their prices are reasonable… And there’s nothing snooty or standoffish about this business. From the moment you walk in the doors, you are treated with kindness and professionalism. What’s more, it is very clear that they are all well trained and well-versed on the latest skin care technologies. They know their stuff, they know what they’re doing, and they will make you feel and look beautiful. Special shout outs to Taylor, Crystal, and Pilar. Pilar was fantastic and she eased my nerves instantly. She was patient, and highly communicative—- she told me everything she was doing and everything she was going to do so there were no surprises. I honestly feel like I am in good hands with this super smart group of gorgeous ladies, and that I’m finally getting good advice on how to care for my 54-year-old skin. The ZO products they use are exceptional, and the recommended regimen, along with the one chemical peel I had and now the BBL heroic, have transformed my skin in less than six months.
