I had an excellent experience today at the dentist!! Truly the best I’ve ever had! From the front desk to the technicians, hygienists, and the doctor, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly and efficiently, and I left very happy with my results. On top of that, they speak Spanish, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Very nice caring team. I’ve been going for the last six years and I’ve been happy with their services. They also speak Spanish if you need that. Definitely recommend!

The office front desk was nice. But the Dental hygienist working on my teeth December 18th 3pm was Very rough. I paid $120 to get my Periodontal Maintenance. My teeth are not that bad and I use home maintenance. Dental hygenist cleaned my teeth in 25 minutes. Perio Maintenance is at least 45 to 60 minutes. I had to remind her to put the Numbing gel on my gums. She not wait for it to start working She used a drill machine for my tartar.She snapped when I told her to be gentle. She said "you should have come 4 months not 7" She was in a hurry too and was not happy person. But you know I have not worked since July. Its expensive. I had 2 orger appointments which I had to reschedule was NOT last minute I managed to get extra Cash to pay. They charge a fee to use their credit/ debit card machine Its 3 days later and my mouth really sore and sensitive 🥺 compared to my other treatments were not like this.

J. Rivas Dental has heart, knowledge, and a lot of passion. Every single person working there displays care towards their patients. It obviously comes from their leader Dr Rivas (who is energetic and extremely passionate about helping her patients!). You’re in great hands starting with the super helpful super sweet staff at the front window, to the unbelievably accommodating X-ray/cleaning crew, and then the doctor herself. Amazing staff! I always leave with a smile, because of the work done AND my interactions there.
