Sage Dental of Jacksonville Midtown

I’m writing this review because I truly wish someone had been transparent with me from the beginning. When I first came in, I was under the clear impression that this would be about a 2–4 week process. No one ever gave me a direct, realistic timeframe. I scheduled my full extraction believing I’d be back in two weeks to move forward. Instead, the doctor initially wanted to push it 3–4 weeks out, which I had to push back on just to keep it at two. Today, after going in for impressions, still thinking this was roughly a month-long process, I was informed it would take another 10 days for something (not even my dentures), followed by another appointment 15 days later for a second fitting where I’ll finally choose tooth style and color. At no point was it clearly explained that this would realistically take 1–2 months with no teeth. That is life-altering information. I’ve already lost several pounds because I can’t eat properly and have been stuck on liquids and soup. Beyond the physical impact, this has taken a serious hit on my self-esteem. Had I been given an honest, upfront timeline from the beginning, I would have made a different decision. It feels like the priority was getting me committed to the process rather than fully informed. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed.

Kim helped me so much with my insurance, and figured it out for my daughter really fast. My six year old had a great visit with hygienist and the dentist. She had a great experience, and they figured it out our next step with the treatment. I recommend this office to everyone. Great atmosphere, great front desk and staff in the background. They deserve 10 stars.

Extremely clean and the staff is friendly and professional. Could not ask for a better team! They are able to access my dental insurance and make the smile changes I need at a price that will be more than reasonable. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a pleasant time having my teeth cleaned today at the dentist here on St John's Bluff Road in Jacksonville Florida 6 months ago they had made lower dentures for me so that I can chew my food and eat healthy. I'm happy that I chose Sage Dental.
