First Coast Smiles

In my recent experience, They worked with my insurance company to provide them with information requested to obtain a quick tentative approval, and then bumped up my appointment to accommodate me within a few days. I’m happy that I will be able to have my procedure completed in a timely manner, in order to alleviate my discomfort. I would highly recommend First Coast Smiles.

Had a great experience at first coast smiles. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Aaron was my dental assistant and he did a fantastic job of explaining the process and procedures, and cultivating a calm environment for what is for most a stressful experience. Doctor Schumacher did a fast pain free extraction.

Very nice people. They did their job way better than most places. I've been to the lady that was prepping all my X. Rays and stuff like that very nice lady. And the dentist that came in her and pulled my tooth very awesome, very nice guy

I had a horrible experience. I scheduled a cleaning as a new patient and instead endured excessive imaging and attempts at selling me Invisalign and cosmetic procedures. I don’t go to the dentist to have a a hygienist tell me that they could remove a part of my gums that they deem is unsightly. This is an incredibly unprofessional sales tactic. After you’re done with their sales pitch, they’ll invite you back to have a cleaning another time. They also told me that I had two cavities that needed filling based on some imaging software and not even the dentist’s own assessment. I immediately scheduled an appointment with another dentist for a second opinion and they did not find any cavities. Shame on everyone involved.

I'm not a dentist fan. Scared actually! I felt very safe and secure. They were kind and gentle. Even through the pain,they reassured me . I'll definitely return here. I got a chance to speak with a mother of a young girl needing emergency care in the parking lot. I assured her that her baby girl was in good hands and she could breath. We hugged and I went home. Everything happens for a reason. Thank you FCS for making feel and soon look better!!
