Absolutely amazing experience start to finish. So grateful for the time they took to ensure not only were my teeth healthy but how gentle every appointment they were even redoing my crown was pain free. Dr.Johnson took time to address the grinding I've suffered with my whole life and was able to give me relief through the proper custom fitted night guard. Thank you for the love and your time that you and your staff poured into each one of my visits. I now have my grandma set up with her first appointment,I cant wait for her to experience a different type of dentistry where they practice from a place of gratitude and love. Thank you so much 💓

We were visiting from Philly PA and had a dental emergency. Dr. Johnson was able to help my husband quickly. He is so knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us explaining some options for my husband. His staff is amazing especially Pippa, who communicated with me the entire time. Truly a great office and wonderful dentist. I highly recommend this practice!!

It was a blessing that Jacksonville Dental Excellence was the first dentist office I called in regards to my dental emergency. Pippa, Earl, Dr Johnson and the rest of these angels have been so wonderful to me. From the moment I called I had a pleasant experience. The office was not only beautifully designed, it was clean, Comfortable and inviting. Dr Johnson was very thorough in his description with my dental needs and used great analogies that I could really relate to. He had great bedside manner and covered questions I had, but was embarrassed to ask. I think that's an example of great practice. Pippa was the first person I spoke with, regarding my urgent dental needs. She was understanding about my situation when most people wouldn't have given me the time of day to hear my concerns, Pippa went above and beyond. I knew I had to see a dentist as dental hygiene can effect more than just your mouth. I believe she could feel the urgency and fear that I was trying to hide over the phone, and she didn't turn me away or make judgment. She spoke to me with concern, respect, understanding and I could tell this was a dental practice that really cares about their patients health. Highly, highly recommend this business, 12 stars!! The Doctors & Staff were so inviting and professional. It's such a cozy environment.They were upfront about pricing, and worked with my budget. I will finally have a dentist I can go to for everything dental concern now. He fixed the partial I already had, and he Made me a whole new one! It's so comfortable to wear, and easy to chew with! I felt completely taken care of and understood! I lost my 4 front teeth to an abusive relationship when I was younger. I'm crying happy tears, having my smile back. Being able to smile widely again feels amazing!
