I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was very friendly and professional, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The dentist explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend this place.

Great choice if you are looking for a dentist to trust. They have a relaxing atmosphere and provide pain free work. Dr Makary is dedicated to quality all of her work has been perfect. I've been going there since they opened.

I’ve been a patient at Northpoint Dental for the past 9 months, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. From the very first visit, the entire team made me feel welcomed and at ease – which is huge for someone new to the Jacksonville area and out of state. Dr. Makary, is incredibly thorough, gentle, and actually takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense (no rushing, no upselling, just honest care). The hygienists are fantastic too. The patient coordinator (Brittany) is always friendly and accommodating, reminders are helpful without being pushy, and they’ve been great about working with my schedule. The office itself is spotless, modern, and calming – it really doesn’t feel like a typical dental office. In less than a year, they’ve completely changed my perception of dental care. I actually look forward to my appointments now! If you’re looking for a dental home where you’re treated like a person and not just a chart, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

They are just so wonderfully and normally friendly. My latest visit is a perfect example. We got to that classic moment in every check-up, the one that strikes fear into the hearts of mortals: the hygienist paused, looked at me with kind eyes, and asked, "So, have you been flossing regularly?" My brain screamed, "IT'S A TRAP!" but my mouth, like a bold-faced liar, confidently said, "Oh yeah, totally. Every day." I'm pretty sure my face was twitching and I looked about as convincing as a cat trying to blame the dog. Instead of giving me the lecture I so richly deserved, she just gave this little, knowing smile and said, "That's great! Well, let's just help out the few spots that the floss might have... taken a vacation from." The sheer grace and absolute lack of shaming was a gift from the heavens. I felt so seen and so incredibly comfortable. It’s this perfect blend of top-tier professional care with genuine, laugh-out-loud human connection that makes this place a unicorn in the world of healthcare. They've built a true family-style establishment where you can be your imperfect, non-flossing self and still get the best care imaginable. If you're still gripping the armrests for dear life at some other dental office, you're doing it wrong. Come here instead—you might actually enjoy it. What a wild concept!

From the initial call, to the visit and then the check out everyone was very pleasant. Things were explained patiently and thoroughly. The atmosphere let off a professional and friendly vibe. Starting off the New Year connecting to great people. I’m glad my daughter referred me.
