Definitely the only place I have been coming to for the past 5 years and have also recommended it to family. The staff is exceptional and throughly explained everything regarding procedures and pricing. Staff member Brittanie was extremely helpful explaining all of my financial choices. Mrs. B was also awesome with my cleaning and treatment plan.

I had a great experience at Normandy Lakewood Dental today! I went in for some fillings and Dr. Caruso was fantastic. She was incredibly professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The rest of the staff was just as welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend them if you're looking for quality dental care in Jacksonville!

I am of the age that dentists still make me anxious (years of previous bad experiences). Because of a dental emergency I found Lakewood Dentistry on line and based on their positive reviews I decided to make an appointment. The customer service by all and the physical building were very impressive. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. Dr Caruso and her assistant Nada treated my emergency with care and professionalism… And to complete my visit Sequoia, the treatment coordinator arranged my payment options to fit my budget. Extremely impressed with Lakewood Dentistry and will be returning in the near future to complete needed procedures I have been fearful in doing in the past. Thank you to the Staff!

Never have I been to a dentist that made it feel like I was at an oasis. The atmosphere is calm the people are kind and gentle. This is a great getaway by taking care of your teeth and gums. Better than any vacation you’ll ever go on.

Called on New years Eve with a dental emergency due to my wisdom tooth being broken, the staff got me in although they were booked. Dr.C came in and took a look at it and said they could pull it that day. She was so sweet and kept me comfortable the entire time. I have dental anxiety and she understood that completely. She made the whole process a breeze & PAIN FREE. I would recommend her to everybody! Will definitely return to this office to get the rest of my dental work done! THANK YOU DR.C
