Enjoyed Thanksgiving. The Tuesday before the holiday, some issues with teeth were found. Britny found a way to get me back in the office by the next day, and I was done Wednesday. Dr. Caven was thorough and gave helpful status updates during the procedure. It was nice to enjoy the holiday knowing my teeth were good to go. I want to add an important detail: even if I had not been able to get in so quickly, this is an office that has proven that they can be trusted and will get me through the issues. Sarah not only assisted Dr. Caven during the process, she also comforted me greatly with some anxiety I experienced. Truly, if you're going to have work done, at least have it done in a calm environment like this office. Even when it's a simple procedure such as an exam or cleaning, Jaidyn has been a pleasure to work with. Over the years, I've even learned how to take better care of my mouth hygiene. As much as is possible, I enjoy going to this office. The staff is excellent, the office is bright and clean, and education for at-home care is provided. Dr. Caven, Jaidyn, Sarah, Bonnie, Ciarra, Nessa, Naomi, Britny...it would probably be quicker to name who I haven't worked with...thanks to ALL of you. This is a staff that has been chosen well. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don't want to be limited to five-star reviews!!

I had an excellent experience with this dentist. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and comfortable, which means a lot because I usually struggle with dental visit anxiety. The dentist was patient, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything in a calm, friendly way. The care was thorough, gentle, and professional. I left feeling confident, supported, and genuinely grateful. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines skill with such compassion. I highly recommend them to anyone—especially if you get anxious about dental appointments.

Dr. Caven is a talented dentist, I am impressed with his ability to fill in cavities on my two overlapped teeth near the gum line. I believe that not too many dentist has his talent for precision dental workmanship. Previously, Dr. Caven had filled in a cavity at another tooth near my gum line where a crown existed. Remarkable dentistry, highly recommend!

Absolutely every staff member was so sweet and truly went above and beyond. They are so amazing with anxious patients. Dr. Caven especially takes so much time to understand your concerns and how to best help you and truly has a beautiful soul. This is truly a different kind of dental experience. I’m so grateful for this office– the staff have helped teach me that the dentist doesn’t need to be scary. Thank you Dr. Caven and the rest of the team.

Caven dental group is by the far the best dental practice in Jacksonville!!! Look no were else but Caven group, come in and be treated like a VIP. I had all my teeth work done there and I can say with a big smile on my face that I enjoy to smile!!! Super professional and super futuristic dental place!
