My first visit to Thrive Dental Care was outstanding. The exam was incredibly thorough, and the entire office is clean, modern and accommodating of any dental practice I’ve ever been to. Every part of the visit felt patient‑focused. The staff made everything easy and comfortable, and the technology they use really sets them apart. I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. Dr. Ho spent a lot of time with me and explained all the aspects of my exam with recommendations for future care. Easily the most accommodating dentist I’ve ever visited. In a nutshell.... thorough exam, modern office, and incredibly accommodating staff and doctor. Highly recommend Thrive Dental Care.

If you’re looking for a dental office that seems more focused on money than patient care, this might be the place for you. I recently moved and visited this dental office for a check-up and cleaning. Before my appointment, I told them that I already had recent X-rays from my previous dentist and asked if they could use those. They said they could, but might take a few additional ones if necessary. However, they ended up taking several new X-rays that didn’t seem necessary, even though they already had my previous ones. After the exam, they told me I would need treatment for cavities and a crown and said the appointment would be scheduled in about 3 weeks. Then they asked me to pay for the treatment in advance, including a cleaning scheduled six months later. I asked why I needed to pay weeks before the service, and they told me it was their policy to reserve the doctor’s time. I explained that I preferred to pay on the day of the treatment, which is how every other dental office I’ve visited operates, but they refused to schedule the appointment unless I paid upfront. What was frustrating is that they never mentioned this policy before doing the X-rays and cleaning (which my insurance covered). If I had known, I might have chosen another office. It felt like they were more focused on billing insurance and collecting money upfront rather than patient care. Unfortunately, this experience made me uncomfortable and I decided not to continue treatment here.

Going to a Dental Office, especially for the first time, is ALWAYS nerve racking for me. However, at Thrive Dental Care it wasn’t like that from the Moment I walked in the door until walking out of the door !!! Upon arriving, the staff greeted me with Love, Warmth, and Kindness. The waiting period to be seen wasn’t long at all. When I was taken back to the room, I was made to feel VERY, VERY comfortable. I was advised of each thing that was about to take place before it was done. Any questions that I asked were answered properly and knowledgeably. Each person that had a part in my visit were VERY professional and knowledgeable. When Dr. Ho came in, he greeted me VERY warmly and kindly. He got to know a little about me first before going into the findings on my X-rays. I thought that said Soooooo Much about how caring Dr. Ho was !!! Everything that took place on my first visit to Thrive Dental Care, made me feel VERY comfortable and relaxed, in finding the PERFECT New Dental Family !!! Dr. Ho is great. He explains things thoroughly. He takes his time with his patients, he is kind, he cares, and no judgements. The staff are friendly, welcoming and genuine. Your comfort is their top priority. The office is super clean and modern. Higly recommend this place!!!

Best Dentist and the staff are AMAZING. I have always had anxiety going to the Dentist but this place is so inviting! Everyone is so polite and nice. They are very accommodating and comforting AND they know what they're doing. They have TV's on the ceiling. Blankets, pillows, noise canceling headphones... it's an awesome place. They always check on you too see how you're doing. My first visit was right after my Birthday and they were thoughtful enough to surprise me with a Birthday card when I walked out into the lobby! I trust them 100 percent. They have also drastically helped me improve my gum health and teeth. Prices are good and they are family owned. You won't find better people anywhere else.
