New patient experience was phenomenal. I called about mystery pain and was able to be seen the same day. Not only did we identify the cause, but we also created plans for additional needed work (medical & aesthetic). Often emergencies only address the emergency and leave you coming for the full exam and consult another day. Aside from the heavenly convenience of my visit, I also have to say...No one flinched when I mentioned the anxiety I have for dental work. Their caring manner may be the reason I don't need sedatives to obliterate myself on the day of procedures (lol). Finally, after receiving a carefully personalized estimate I realized that their services are not highly overpriced (I mistakenly believed all those commercials must make them a bit pricey) Can't wait to see you again, guys! -----say that about your dentist folks! Lol

The staff was friendly. Alexis was attentive and understanding of how I deal with my dental planning. Mr. Spencer is great with talking to patients and making them comfortable with their dental issues. Bless them all.

RESTORED HOPE & TEETH!! The entire staff at Riverside Dental are among the most patient, caring & knowledgeable individuals. I am a patient of over 7 years now, following many years searching for a reliable dentist and giving up hope. After undergoing a much needed "make-over" - I'm beyond pleased with the outcome, & grateful to their team for putting me back on a path of healthy dental hygiene! My hope was not only restored in the dentistry community, I have also made endearing friendships w/ several staff. They are the kindest crew in their field!

Lizzie is absolutely incredible! She is amazing at her job and very conscientious of how I am doing with the procedure. I feel like I’ve spent time catching up with a lifelong friend every time I go. The entire experience from the front desk to checkout is wonderful. I highly recommend this practice!

I this was my first visit to Riverside Dental. I was looking for options for some dental work I need and an advertisement said they have lowest prices on implants. Staff and facility were outranking. My assistant Keene did a great jog of setting me up, taking X-rays and explaining my treatment plan. I really liked Dr. Cross. He listened well, explained options and created a path for my dental work. The office was super clean and, well lit. Everyone I met greeted me and was very friendly. It was a great first visit. I’ll be back.
