As always I had a great experience. Ms. Kim was wonderful and gentle with me despite me not coming in on time and she explained everything so clear. I just love her to peices shes so sweet. The Doctor made everything quick and painless. And at check-out Everest was a plesent site at check out, with a beautiful personality to go with it. Shehit me checked out quick. Over all the whole crew was very nice and professional. I've been coming to them for over 5 years and they are the only people I trust with my oral care.

I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care and experience I had today. The highly skilled surgeon and the entire staff, including the new trainee, made me feel comfortable despite being new to the facility. They took their time to understand and alleviate my anxiety. They not only showcased exceptional medical expertise but also demonstrated beautiful human qualities, such as holding my hand throughout the procedure to provide reassurance. Their professionalism and compassion made a significant difference. Thank you for your outstanding job and for being such beautiful souls.

I have been going to NLD for a few years now. It is a bit of a drive for me but I do it because of the service and care there. I went in for my regular cleaning/exam today, and Mr. Celso and Doctor Wallis (I am unsure of the spelling) were simply amazing. I never leave reviews but today I felt it necessary to share how great of an experience I had. Mr. Celso made me feel comfortable and was so personable, understanding, friendly, and professional. You can tell he loves what he does and is great at it!! I cant wait for my next appointment!! Thank you Doctor Wallis who also was honest and kind…and didn’t rush off right away after the exam. He took the time to actually speak to me about my concerns. Thank you NLD for providing customers with qualified professionals and great service!!

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. All the staff were incredibly friendly and explained everything to me step by step. They took such good care of me throughout the entire process. Michaela, the assistant, was so kind and helpful she was checking on me and asking if I need anything. Celso evaluated my teeth and clearly explained the issues I was experiencing. Then Dr. Osmun examined all my teeth and recommended the treatments I needed to address everything properly. Anita, the account coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. She guided me through the entire process and helped me find the best options for my treatment. She also worked with my schedule to make sure everything fit perfectly. I recommend this dentist 100%. I was treated with exceptional care and kindness.

They were surprisingly fast, friendly, very professional people . The hygienist, the doctor, the young lady that did my X-rays and photos of my teeth. The treatment specialist presented my package to me and offered multiple ways of making a payment. Highly recommend . This was my first visit to a dentist office here In Florida and I made an amazing decision thanks to my sons director at his academy!
