U.S. Dermatology Partners Brodie Lane

Overall it was a good experience. Dr. McClung was very pleasant as was her staff. I have a few different issues I've been avoiding, I'm guessing the doctors time with each patient is limited. They checked 3 things and I'll need to come back for the other skin concerns on my next visit.

My scheduling procedures have been difficult from the initial scheduling process for the skin cancer removal, to the Follow up procedure of scar reduction. I made an appointment (scar reduction) agreed up for Feb 24,2026 and after driving 1 1/2 hr to reach the Brodie location, I found the appointment was mistakenly scheduled for one month later than agreed upon. I do not live in the USA. I explained this to them. They didn’t accommodate their error… by attending me. The appointment was made for the month of February,because as I explained I will fly back to Mexico on March 10th. She understood this. She agreed & made an appointment for late Feb. on the 24th for scar reduction. So their recourse was to scheduled my appointment for months later, to address the scar…which has been paid for. I don’t approve the drive distance… in view of this error being on their scheduling error. We agreed I put in my calendar. Improvements are needed in scheduling. Follow-up appointment confirmations, directly after making the Appointment, would be an easy fix, by confirming on email messages.

My checkup was a very smooth process. All the staff were very friendly and Dr McClung was very through on my exam and explained any issues she was keeping an eye on. Just a very pleasant skin exam. Dr McClung is a very sociable and professional Dr. Thanks for the great service!

Dr. McIntire was very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining the medical condition. She immediately had a solution to control and/or resolve it. Her assistant was extremely helpful by typing the meeting notes, printing and sharing them. I also received some goodies for being good! 😊

Had a great experience with Dr. Eryn McIntyre today! Her entire team was kind and thorough. I was feeling pretty discouraged after going to several other practices in the Austin area with no real improvement. Dr. McIntyre listened and made me a thoughtful care plan that I am already seeing improvement from. 100% recommend this place!
