IVX Health Infusion Center

I had my first infusion at IVX after recently moving to Austin. Everyone I encountered was very welcoming and professional. This group is organized and provide a calming atmosphere. The private infusion room with a TV was so much nicer than the 4 chair group room I had used in another state. Thank you IVX. Well done.

This place is absolutely amazing! My daughter loves coming every month! They are so friendly and welcoming! Thank you to everyone here for the hospitality and wonderful care.

My first infusion treatment was as smooth as it could possibly be. Check-in was easy. The nurse who inserted the IV line was skillful enough that there was no pain. The private room with the large recliner and comfortable sofa was clean and quiet. The receptionist was thoughtful and friendly. Overall, it was excellent.

This was the best visit I have had out of 4 so far. Emily listened to me, asked questions about what I wanted/needed and only had to stick me once. That has not been the case with my other visits and I was dreading this day. Emily made it right from beginning to end. I don’t look forward to these infusions, but I appreciate how comfortable and relaxed she made me feel. Thank you for that!
