Pure Magic is how I would describe my experience with Illuma. The staff is wonderful and comforting. They notice the smallest details that really matter. It took months to get my insurance to approve Spravato, but Sam never gave up. I experienced pure joy today. I didn’t know it was possible. Thank you to everyone at Illuma. Means the world.

I cannot write a positive enough review about Illumma. I love it—everyone is so kind, the atmosphere is calming and supportive, and the experience feels safe and professional. Everyone goes the extra mile to ensure you get the most out of each treatment. The counselors are excellent as well. Definitely a 5 star review!

Everything top rate! All staff from the receptionist/scheduler, to nurse practitioners (intake, post session check-ins, etc) to nurses that administer ivs and stay with you throughout your session, were all very caring, thorough and professional. Excellent support and flexibility provided all along the way. I have experienced definite positive effects from the treatment, including detaching from my phone and renewed wonder and appreciation of the beauty of this world. Recommend 100%!!

As far as compassionate care goes, the team at Illumma does it genuinely. Easy scheduling, friendly staff, and well explained billing. Between the communication and the interest they show in my health, I would recommend them to anyone.
