Alive and Well

My 60-minute prenatal massage with Sage was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked into Alive and Well, I felt instantly at ease. The space has a beautiful mid-century and bohemian vibe and smells incredible. This was my first prenatal massage without a bolster, so I laid on my side, and it was actually much more comfortable. Sage’s room was incredibly calming, and the heated massage table was warm and cozy. I didn’t want it to end. Thank you again for such a much-needed and lovely experience, Sage. I’ll definitely be back!

Not my first time coming in for services at Alive and Well, so I'm a repeat customer for a reason! Everything was top notch about the experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I got a massage from Danielle, and it was wonderful. On top of that she provided me with tips on how to prevent the shoulder/neck tension I've been feeling.

Can not say enough good things about this place. From the moment I walk in the door im met with warmth. I love the selection of wellness offerings and the staff is super knowledgeable, helpful and sooooo friendly. Iv Drips, contrast therapy, red light, ozone therapy, you name it, they do it best!

Love everything and everyone at Alive and Well. Such a wonderful place to sneak off to, to get away from the world for a moment. Brandi is a Dermashape genius helping to get rid of inflamation. Also Shelby is such a cheery bright hardworking angel. She's on top of everything there. Lastly everyone at the front desk are all so pleasant, super helpful and genuinely happy. All the different membership options are great. Oh and the facials are the best I’ve ever had and they use amazing clean products. So many things to try there. It’s all wonderful.

My first experience with acupuncture did not disappoint. Cindy was incredible. She made me feel very relaxed and open to trusting the process. I didn't know what to expect and it was fascinating. I booked my next appointment after the session. I am experiencing a lot of neck pain so time will tell if I get relief. Regardless, mentally I feel better. This session was the perfect combo of Chinese medicine, massage and clearing my head.
