I had the best experience at Austin Regenerative Therapy. I did RF microneedling with Salmon Silk Glass Skin injections, along with red light therapy, and from start to finish everything felt thoughtful, calming, and elevated. Cindy and KK were absolutely amazing. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, made me feel completely at ease, and took the time to explain every step without ever feeling rushed. You can tell they genuinely care about results and the overall experience. The space has everything you could want for true revitalization, and it’s clear that Dr. Nguyen has built something really special here with a well-informed, attentive team. This is an absolute must-visit and will definitely be my go-to spot moving forward.

After driving 35-40 minutes to Westlake area Dr. Nguyen conducted my consultation with clear disrespect and a lack of professionalism. I scheduled a basic consult to clarify whether POTABA could be administered. Prior to the visit, there was a miscommunication between her office staff and the physician regarding medication policy, and I was told she would look into it. Instead of a professional discussion, the moment I stepped into the office she initiated the conversation visibly angry openly stating she was upset with me for even asking the question. She spoke aggressively, interrupted constantly, talked down to me and repeatedly insulted my intelligence. What was MOST shocking was her unsolicited and narrow minded lecture about infertility and reproduction delivered under the assumption that every male patient is straight and seeking a relationship with a woman. She never asked; she ASSUMED. That kind of bias has no place in medicine. Have you ever heard of a surrogate? Her warnings were irrelevant, patronizing and rooted more in judgment than care. To top it off she framed my inquiry as if I were requesting something ILLICIT despite POTABA being a well known compound in regenerative health contexts. The issue was not the medication it was her ego. Her bedside manners is NONEXISTENT. On a scale of 1 to 10 it is a solid -10. I would never pursue care from this physician again. Dr. Nguyen if you are reading this, I genuinely question whether you understand what patient-centered care actually means. And it's ironic that you told me that stress diminishes the health of a man when you were intentionally stressing me out. Unacceptable. I will escalate. Regards.

Outstanding patient education and customer service I had the opportunity to speak with Danny at Austin Regenerative Therapy, and she was absolutely outstanding. From the start, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in explaining their men’s health and regenerative services.
