I just came in to the best most amazing place. You can do so much for the wellness of your life. The staff of absolutely incredible and I can not wait to come back. The place is amazingly future tech cool and fun. Jump into the cryo therapy and feel invigorated in less than 5 minutes. Love this place and you have to try it out

I recently visited Restore Hyper Wellness on South Lamar in Austin, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their exceptional team and state-of-the-art technologies. From the moment I walked in, the staff’s enthusiasm for wellness and their eagerness to educate clients were evident. They took the time to explain each service and its benefits, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. The range of cutting-edge services offered is truly remarkable. I experienced their Whole Body Cryotherapy, which involved submerging my entire body in sub-zero temperatures for up to 3 minutes. This therapy is known to boost mood, energy, and sleep, relieve pain and swelling, and promote healing and athletic recovery. Additionally, I tried their Red Light Therapy, which uses low levels of red or near-infrared light to optimize sleep, relieve pain and inflammation, and improve mood and energy. Both treatments left me feeling rejuvenated and energized.  During the bustling South by Southwest (SXSW) event, Restore Hyper Wellness has been a sanctuary for attendees seeking recovery and revitalization. Their recent social media posts highlight their commitment to supporting the community during this busy time. They offer services perfect for post-workout recovery, hangover relief, immune and energy boosts, and pre-event hydration. I'll start by saying the staff was amazing there and this review is in no way reflective of their service. We booked the first appointment of the day and the sauna was not up to temp. By the time we went in it was about 130 degrees, 45 min later it was only at 143 degrees, pretty far off of the expected 175. Ideally we would have spent 20 min at 175. The onboarding process could have been a bit smoother with docs pre sent and signed and a tele med screen completed. A fair amount of time was consumed in administrative work instead of treatment. Staff was awesome process could use some work
