I came here because of the good reviews for the Halo laser. I have very sensitive, acne-prone skin, and I don’t feel that was handled appropriately. After my Halo treatment I experienced the worst breakout I’ve ever had. I missed the 4–6 week follow-up due to international travel and returned about two months later seeking help. I was told the breakout was likely caused by skincare products, even though I wasn’t even asked what I was using. I spent around $2,000 hoping to fix my insecurities, and instead my skin worsened to the point that it has killed my confidence completely As long as there are no complications from the laser you’re probably fine. If there are, I did not feel there was sufficient knowledge or support to manage them. I also overheard staff speaking negatively about another unhappy client in the waiting room which is super unprofessional. Sure you can talk about annoying clients but at least be quiet about it This may work for people with already resilient skin but would be cautious if you have real skin concerns.

Vanessa is the best! I’m turning 40 soon, and we did HALO/BBL and my face/neck area has never looked better. She is extremely thorough, and talks you through every step; a definite master of her craft! If you’re thinking about it, do not hesitate, book her!

Had a great experience working with Vanessa! From the initial consult, to the treatment plan- she was knowledgeable and experienced and I felt confident that what she suggested would deliver the results I was trying to achieve. The truth is, the procedure you performed on me was a complete failure—my nose is more disfigured than before, and even doctors in France said that the damage to the tip of my nose is permanent due to the mistakes you made. You talk about "natural healing" and "waiting a year," while I'm the one suffering every day from disfigurement, pain, and a shattered self-esteem because of you. And even worse, you asked me to pay again to fix your own mistake—a shameful and unethical act from a doctor who claims to be professional. As for your employee, it's natural for her to defend you out of fear of losing her job, and I completely understand her position, but everyone knows the truth: you are the cause, and you are responsible.
