Definitely exceeded my expectations!!! From the welcoming office atmosphere to the pleasant attitude of the staff, I felt secure and confident that the quality of medical care would be the same. I was not disappointed. The pleasantries from the medical assistant were beyond expectations, only to be followed by the excellent care from Dr . Harris. He took the time to listen and carefully explained the what’s and why’s of his diagnosis. I was very impressed.

Dr Shelton performed Mohs Surgery on an area on my chest and it went perfectly smooth from start to finish. Dr Shelton came in and discussed the options we had for the removal of skin cancer. We decided on Mohs due to upcoming travel and my not wanting to return if it all wasn’t removed. The surgery went quickly, and the desired result was achieved on the first cut, so Dr Shelton stitched me up. She also did a quick biopsy on another area I asked her to look at. I could not have asked for a better turn out as I left in a few hours. The office is very nice and the staff are so pleasant. I was given blankets to stay warm and offered drinks and snacks were also available, although I didn’t have any. Thanks everyone for making this a pleasant experience

Doctors are pretty good but the wait times after checking in for an appointment are awful. Average about 25 min after checking in to be seen. Block off about 3 hours for your 10 min appointment. The actual visits even seemed rushed because I'm sure they're constantly behind. I'm giving it one more time before I switch providers. The marginal benefit from seeing a good doctor isn't worth the extra wait times. Edit: two more follow-up appointments and the wait time so be seen is still 30 min each time. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Saying sorry for the wait only works a few times before it's just you practice to run behind constantly.

Misty did a phenomenal job with the MiraDry procedure! I'm so happy to finally not have to worry about stickiness or smell and ruining clothes with deodorant anymore, especially as we're about to roll into the Texas summer heat here soon. Super friendly staff, nice facility, and reasonable pricing!

Great experience with the staff and doctors. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is there's been a wait both times I've been there. Nothing ridiculous, maybe 15-20 minutes after the appointment time.
