I just had my facial treatment today, and Nubia did my facial was truly an expert. Nubia did a fantastic job and I feel absolutely amazing afterward. I also purchased some great products from there which I believe are worthwhile investment for myself. The place is very relaxing and clean and the staff who helped me were very all kind. Thank you

The Instagram introductory sale price was awesome and my facial was lovely. However, the “meeting” at the end one on one in a room was a sales pitch that was so uncomfortable and pushy. After feeling like I had to buy something, I finally said yes and he had a smirk on his face which left me with an uneasy feeling. I already have a skincare routine and products I’m happy with. Sometimes I just want to have a facial and not feel I have to buy a slew of new products for my skin care routine!!! I just want to come out of a facial feeling relaxed and pay and leave! not sit in a room and listen to a sales pitch for expensive products and feel anxious. Won’t be going back for this reason.

Super pushy sales woman in a Amazon bought Lab coat at the Sonterra and 1604 location completely ruined my experience. The facial I had was good nothing extravagant. But for the introductory price I figured it would be that way. What they dont tell you is you will be held about an hour afterwards with a woman trying to push you to spend $6400-$8400 on products and a hand held led device which is absurd. You have to be crazy to spend that amount on nonsurgical items. Do your research before wasting time and money. Go to a real spa for a relaxing experience not this place

I booked a session here and love it!! The place is super cute and looks luxurious as hell. Y'all know I'm a sucker for coffee and they offer free Nespresso, green tea; and for my 21+ girlies they serve both white and red wine FREE. Also the consideration they have pads and girl things in the bathrooms. Mints are everywhere. (Ion know about you but I get insecure and want to be as considerate as possible at the spa 🤣) overall 10/10 will do again.
