✨ Book with Delta ✨ VIVA always goes above and beyond from the moment you walk through the door. The ambiance is spotless, relaxing, and welcoming. They use high-quality products during services, and the providers are truly top-tier. My previous provider moved away, but that led me to the wonderful Delta. She was incredibly attentive to my concerns, helped address my aches and pains, and even took the time to educate me on what I can do between massages to feel my best. Today’s service was a 1000/10! I was so impressed and happy to rebook with her. 🤍

I had a fantastic time at Viva’s Round Rock location for a birthday massage. From the moment I set up my appointment via your phone, the staff was incredibly helpful in coordinating with my schedule. As soon as I stepped into the establishment, I was greeted warmly. My massage therapist, Georgia, was incredibly kind and accommodating to my needs, and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. It was a wonderful way to start my birthday.

It truly saddens me to write this, because this has been my absolute favorite day spa in the Austin area for years. I’ve spent time between both the Round Rock and Domain locations and have favorite aestheticians at each. Unfortunately, as of today, I will no longer be a customer. Last week, I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with one of the managers at the Domain location discussing repeated scheduling issues. It seems like calls are routed through a call center, and when that’s busy, they roll to different locations but communication between them just isn’t consistent. I had an appointment booked three months in advance, and only two days before, I received a call saying my medical clearance had expired and I needed to come in earlier. That should have been caught and communicated much sooner, especially since the appointment had been on my calendar for months. After speaking with the manager, we discussed the situation and rescheduled everything. I was hopeful things would improve. Fast forward to tonight the appointment that was supposed to be rescheduled never actually was, and I was charged 100% of the service, even though we discuss rescheduling this. After years of loyalty, multiple high-dollar packages, and countless visits, it’s disappointing to see that charging a cancellation/no-show fee was more important to them than retaining a long-term customer who has supported both locations for years. I’m genuinely sad to have to post this, but I hope this feedback helps bring attention to the serious communication and scheduling issues that are driving away loyal clients.

100% recommend this wonderful spa. This is great place for a nice downtime. I had a really nice experience with Elysia. She’s wonderful in explaining the whole process and listened patiently to all the curious questions I had. Her massages are the best 💫 Definitely will be recommending all my friends and coming back to this spa in the future ✨^_^

Highly recommend Viva Day Spa and my massage therapist Delta! She was wonderful - listened to my preferences and what I needed. She worked out the sleep-related shoulder and back kinks and provided a wonderfully relaxing experience with the dry brushing and head massage. All the staff were warm and attentive and I will enjoy the goodies they sent me home with.
