New Foot Relax

I have been visiting Foot Relax for well over 15 years now and I always receive really great massages. After a car accident injury, arthritis, and plantar fasciitis, it’s imperative that I get massages regularly to help manage the pain. I can always count on Foot Relax to get me right. Today I had Kyle and he is exceptional. A $50 one hour massage is within my budget. Great location. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. I will be booking again next month.

We really wish we had read the reviews before stopping by. We walked in and were greeted by a lady on a tablet (she wasn’t there in person). She was nice for about 30 seconds. Asked how many, we answered 2. Asked how long, we said we had a Groupon for a 50 min couples massage. That’s when her entire demeanor changed. She immediately said there was no availability, which was strange because it sure seemed like she was ready to accept us on the spot before we said “Groupon”. We then asked if there was availability for tomorrow or the next day and were told no. So we asked “well then when is your next available appointment?” She responded “next week”. We then said ok, we’d like to make an appointment for next week and she said we would have to call back to check in 3 days prior to when we wanted the appointment. She also said the Groupon was only good for morning appointments, which wasn’t true. It was very clear she had no intention on providing us the service, so we walked out and contacted Groupon for a refund. TLDR… DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON.

My wife and I have been going to New Foot Relax for awhile and have never had a bad massage. We both enjoy the Special Combo D1 from head to toes. It is just good honest massage without costly packages or high pressure sales.

My friend recommended this place for a foot massage 🦶. I tried the C3 package, which was 60 minutes long. I'm quite sensitive to pain, but overall it was a great experience. The massage wasn't painful, and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommended, especially Kyle's professional massage techniques and friendly service. I was very satisfied and recommend everyone to try it!

The massage experience was excellent and incredibly relaxing; my whole body felt completely at ease. The service was warm and friendly, and I loved the traditional Chinese-style decor. I highly recommend everyone to try it!
