I've been seeing Chase for classic fills (and the occasional hybrids and colors) for over a year and she's just great. I always love the way my lashes look, and she's a blast to talk to (and is also great about letting me get a mini snooze in if I'm not up for talking).

Fancy did an INCREDIBLE job with my very first set of hybrid eyelash extensions - I am in love with the results. On top of that, her demeanor and work is incredibly sweet and careful. I truly cannot recommend her enough - this has been the highlight of my year and Fancy made it happen!!

I had a similar experience to what many one star reviews described- which I wish I read before instead of just the top ones. I saw Alexandra V., a senior stylist, and left completely disappointed. I was told that because it was a fill, it would cap at 35 lashes per eye, something I’ve never heard of in all my years of getting lashes. The result? Sparse lashes that looked nothing like a new fill after 3 weeks. One side even started falling out less than two weeks later. I went on 7/2 and by 7/11 it looks like a hot mess. I paid extra for a senior stylist, extra for having lashes from somewhere else ($25 foreign fill fee), and added on an eyebrow tint but the quality, experience and durability didn’t match the cost. The lashes looked thin from the start, and I was hit with additional fees without a noticeable difference in service. Alexandra wasn’t rude, but her energy was flat and disengaged, no conversation, no warmth, just vibes like she didn’t want to be there. I left feeling ripped off, more so now less than two weeks later. I’ve never had a whole side fall off… This wasn’t a luxury experience. It was transactional, underwhelming, and overpriced. I’ll be going back to my previous lash tech never again here.

I'm torn with this rating. I loved my first time getting a lash lift there, no problems and looked great (lifted but natural). My second time the lashes came out looking over lifted and uneven/kinked with right side more lifted compared to the left. It was so overcurled that I could feel them digging into my eyelid. To their credit, the stylist tried to help wash/correct but a bit disappointed after my first experience and didn’t make a notable difference :( Note they said to try brushing it out to relax it but didnt work
