Katrina is amazing! I was sold on her services after seeing her portfolio, and was even more impressed after my microblading appointment. Katrina spent a ton of time making sure my eyebrows were mapped out to perfection. She clearly explained every step of the process and her reasoning throughout the appointment, showing empathy for my perspective as the client. She is 100% invested in making sure you leave happy with the result, and it shows. In addition to being really good at what she does, Katrina is genuinely an awesome person to spend time with. After my appointment, I left feeling like I got a dose of positive energy in addition to eyebrows I am extremely happy with the results of! (I'm a perfectionist - and it was comforting to learn that Katrina is too! Her work is spot on.) Katrina is an extremely talented brow artist! I'm so glad I waited to find the right one before having my brows done. During both the initial and touch-up appointments, she spent a lot of time and took great care in making sure the shape and placement were perfect. Honestly not only did I have a great time with Katrina at K Brows but I am in love with my new brows. She went above and beyond my expectations. She is very honest and upfront with all the information, expectations and explains in detailed the process. She is super knowledgeable and has a great personality. Time past by so fast.
