Louis did an absolutely fantastic job on my brows today! When I say he ate that, left no crumbs I truly mean it! I’ve always neglected my brows cause I don’t trust anyone with them. I went to Arch & Glow for my powder brow/micro blading 10/09. The booking process was seamless with release forms and instructions sent right to my email. When I showed up for my appointment, Luie was ready to go. We had an in-depth consultation, and I ultimately left my brow fate in the hands of the professional. Before starting the service, I was able to eat a snack and hydrate while my numbing cream was settling in. The procedure bed was very comfortable and cozy. It allowed me to relax in a calm environment while having my brows done. Along the way, extra numbing cream was applied to ensure my comfort. After the procedure was done, I was in shock! My eye brows looked so good. Luie took the time to make sure they were on point when I sat up and listened to my feedback. I didn’t feel rushed to leave and was able to ask more questions that were coming up during the service. I also had comfort in the environment being clean and well prepared. The healing process has been easy. I was provided a take home kit that I used and still have plenty of. Best decision I’ve made to invest in myself.
