I had an amazing experience getting my derma-facial with Molly. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and very informative throughout the entire process. She was so patient with my many questions and extremely knowledgeable, which made me feel comfortable and confident the whole time. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I’ll definitely be going to Molly moving forward. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Julie—she was hands down so sweet, and her customer service is truly unmatched. From start to finish, she made the experience even better. Honestly, give them both a promotion—they absolutely deserve it!

Maelyn was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, understood all my skin concerns and tailored my treatment accordingly. She walked me through all the details very patiently. I highly recommend face to face spa! Only recommendation is to split the add ons for microneedling - currently both neck and chest are together and this doesn’t allow customers to pick just one of these.

I went to Face to Face Spa for my FIRST facial ever and absolutely loved it! I have extremely sensitive skin and was on the fence about getting a facial but Molly took amazing care of me! Went to get a hydrofacial with Carolina for her training sessions, and let me tell you, my skin felt amazing afterwards! She was very knowledgeable on products and adapted very quickly to critique. Definitely coming back to see her again, you won't regret it!
