I had my third visit today and once again had an excellent experience. The customer service at this office is truly outstanding. From the front desk to the back office, every staff member is friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional. Nicole, my provider, is fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to make sure I feel comfortable and informed. Morgan, the medical assistant, is also wonderful and makes every visit smooth and easy. It’s rare to find an office where every single interaction is consistently positive, but this team absolutely delivers. Highly recommend!

Buckingham Center For Facial Plastic Surgery and more specifically Dr Erin Smith and her team are outstanding. I could not be happier with the results of a lower face lift and neck left. I sought out this clinic for a rhinoplasty primarily for functional reasons, not cosmetic ones. My nose was broken when I was younger, and while it was still aesthetically fine, I had significant difficulty breathing. From that standpoint, the surgery was successful — I can breathe much better now, and I’m genuinely grateful for that improvement. However, the cosmetic outcome introduced a new issue that did not exist prior to surgery. My columella is now visibly crooked, whereas it was straight before the procedure. This was not something I had concerns about going into surgery, and it’s been disappointing to deal with afterward. I returned to the clinic twice in an attempt to correct this. One of those visits required me to fly from Boston to Austin, which meant additional time, travel, and expense on my end. Despite these follow-ups — which I paid for — the issue was never corrected, and there was no meaningful improvement. What’s most frustrating is that this problem resulted from the surgery itself, yet resolving it has required repeated visits, out-of-pocket costs, and now the need to find another surgeon in Boston to fix it. That means even more time, money, and emotional energy spent on something I hoped would already be resolved. I don’t regret the surgery entirely — being able to breathe again has made a real difference in my quality of life — but I am disappointed in how this complication was handled. I wish there had been greater accountability and a more effective resolution, especially given the effort required on my part to return multiple times.
