Lucy is spectacular!! She took her time to go over my treatment plan, I never felt judged and she made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. My results after just one treatment is astonishing. My fine lines and overall skin is smooth and glowing! She genuinely wants you to get the results you are seeking. Everyone in the office is welcoming and so nice. Westin is a gem of a human and went above and beyond to inform me of any specials and rebates they had going on or coming up so I could get the best deals for my future bookings. I can’t wait to come back and continue my skin journey here.

I have been going to Austin Cosmetic MedSpa since 2021. They always do great work. The atmosphere is light, bright and modern. Lucy prescribes me exactly what I need to age with grace and take preventative measures in regards to sun damage etc. She honors my desire to look natural but fresh, keeping my health at the forefront of every treatment. This is the place! I am someone who is a little skeptical about any kind of injections and potential side effects but after seeing Lucy for my botox, I would not trust anyone else. She is so diligent about her placement and takes genuine time with each step. She clearly listened to what I wanted to have done and made me feel secure/ confident that she was doing the best for me. I can't wait to go back.

I had filler put in on upper cheeks and around lower jaw. Lucy did a tremendous job and was very thorough. I would highly recommend her for her professionalism and knowledge. I didn’t feel like she was rushing at all. I’ve gone to her for 3 treatments and will go back.
