Dr. Bushore is one of the most caring, kind, and professional doctors I’ve ever met. He is always empathetic to my issues. He identified the root cause of a hair concern that had been bothering me for years and very easily fixed it! I wish I had seen him sooner. All the nurses are all very nice. Grossly indifferent and utterly unprofessional! Staff. Have these growths on my scalp that I’m concerned could be cancerous. Contacted this provider to ensure that they take my Advantage plan. Was put on hold for almost 10 minutes while they checked. They assured me they did. Had my Primary Care Physician (PCP) arrange and get approval for appointment with my insurer. BALCONES calls schedule appointment, only to call back to advise” they were out of network and would I be paying out of pocket. How incompetent to NOT KNOW whose insurance one takes. Now I am forced to find a new provider, and go back to my. PCP, and have them get new approval. It will inevitably mean delays of over a month while I don’t have an answer as to the nature of these growths. They didn’t even offer an apology, just utter indifference!

Dr. Bushore is one of the kindest and most empathetic people I've ever met in my life. He truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond for them. The staff he has the same qualities. I moved from Austin last year and I kept Dr. Bushore as my Dermatologist and drive back for my visits, that is how priceless him and his team is to me.

Dr. Bushore was very attentive to my husband's needs. He took good care of him and explained everything in great detail. We were most pleased with his professionalism. We would highly recommend him.
