Michele is incredibly sweet, kind, and professional. She takes the time to explain everything and ensures you feel at ease throughout the process. Went to Michele a few years ago and had a wonderful experience with great results. Came back this year for touch ups and she was still fantastic. She is so responsive, helpful, and wants you to get what you need without trying to convince you to spend more money. I definitely plan to work with her for all of my laser needs!

From the very first appointment I was incredibly impressed with Michele. She is very knowledgeable and was so helpful in answering all of my questions and talking me through the process. As soon as I left my first appointment, I texted all of my friends raving about the experience. If you are on the fence about laser, it is worth every penny, and Smooth Laser is the place to do it at!!! Michele's prices are more affordable than other places I looked, and the experience was a breeze. She was so flexible in scheduling appointments and I was always in and out in less than 20 minutes total. I seriously cannot rave about a person more! I don't write reviews, but felt like I had to write one because that's how incredible the experience has been!

I have been seeing Michelle for a few months now and she is wonderful. She's meticulous, professional, and quick. She makes you feel right at home and not at all awkward or uncomfortable. Her prices are very reasonable and I definitely prefer knowing that my money is going to a local businesswoman than a corporate chain place. Highly recommend you see her!

I could not recommend Michele and Smooth Laser Spa more! Michele is so kind and welcoming and really makes you feel comfortable during your treatments. She is also very accommodating and communicative regarding scheduling. There have been several times where I have had to move appointments due to conflicts coming up and she is always flexible and helps me reschedule. She really knows what she is doing. I just started and am already seeing less hair growth so I am very excited to finish my series of treatments and see my full results!
