I had such a great experience with Nurse Shelby at Milan Laser Hair Removal. She was so kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. She was extremely gentle with my skin and took the time to make sure I felt at ease throughout the entire appointment. Out of all the Milan locations I’ve been to, this one has definitely been the best. Highly recommend Nurse Shelby!

Have to be honest was dreading going to the south location after having pretty bad experiences with previous technicians - but they’ve changed it up! Kelly was such a professional and so sweet. She kept me entertained and the treatment was over before I knew it. She genuinely cared and I can safely say I’ll be coming back just for her!!

I had such a great experience at this place! The price was actually really good for the packages. Amanda is the best and she made sure to take care of me there and listen to my concerns. I would definitely ask for her when you go there for all of your questions. She is patient and will explain everything to where it is easy to understand the packages, and what you are getting with it. I only ask for her when I go there because I know she will take care of me, my wallet, and ease my concerns. Very professional! Love this place and the people!

Amanda assisted me and my daughter with finding a plan that worked with my budget. Having struggled with facial hair my entire life I didn’t want my daughter to go through the same. She asked all the right questions and went over all of our trouble spots with us. She found a package that worked for us. What we needed was above our price point and she asked the right questions to find out that I had treatment previously which brought the price down to where I needed it to be. She was not pushy and sincerely just wanted to make sure I got what I needed. I appreciate that so much when doing business.
