I’ve had such a great experience with Austin Laser Solutions. I’ve seen Alba at the South Austin location and Abby at the Bee Cave location, and both were absolutely amazing. They were fast, efficient, and incredibly kind, which made every appointment comfortable and pleasant. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and respect your time. I also want to shout out the client coordinator, who truly goes above and beyond. From scheduling to answering questions, she makes the entire process seamless and stress-free. Her demeanor put me at ease, and I didnt feel rushed out. On top of that, they were running a great Black Friday promo so I got myself a little package too :)
