I have been coming to Walden Dental for six years, since my family moved to Austin. I have always been impressed by the state of the art care and professionalism. What makes Walden exceptional is that everyone in the office makes me feel like family, even the puppies! I enjoy catching up with everyone when I come in and they are sincere about catching up with me and my family. I feel like we struck gold when we found Walden. ❤️

As someone who has always been genuinely anxious/borderline terrified about going to the dentist, I cannot say enough good things about this office. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff went out of their way to make me feel calm, heard, and respected. No rushing, no judgment—just patience and reassurance at every step. The team took the time to explain everything clearly before doing any work, which made a huge difference for my anxiety. They constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and never made me feel silly for being nervous. That level of empathy is rare and incredibly appreciated. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and professional, and somehow managed to turn what I usually consider a stressful experience into one that was actually manageable—and dare I say, positive. The office itself is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, which also helped put my mind at ease. If you’re someone who dreads dental visits or has had bad experiences in the past, this is absolutely the place to go. They truly understand dental anxiety and know how to work with it. I’ve dealt with much trauma related to my teeth. This dental office made me feel safe from the moment I arrived. The entire staff were warm and welcoming and professional. My dental issues were clearly analyzed and I was given a thorough assessment and a treatment plan that was reasonable and that made sense for me. In other offices where I’ve been abused, here I was shown care. The entire staff were top notch. I cannot recommend this office and practice enough. Dr Frank’s staff took photographs, X-rays, and helped give me a thoughtful care plan and most of all gave me confidence in my smile again. Thank you.

I started coming here in January 2025 and I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll be honest: even with insurance, dental work is an investment ($5k+ on my treatment 🥲) but it has been so worth it. The entire team is amazing, from the front desk staff to the dental assistants and the doctors. Because I needed a lot of work, they sat down with me to create a clear treatment plan and were incredibly understanding about me needing to have a payment plans. What I appreciate most: No Pressure: I never felt coaxed into extra services or pressured into decisions. Exceptional Care: Their bedside manner alone is worth the money. Personal Touch: I’ve genuinely enjoyed my conversations with everyone I’ve met; they make you feel like a person, not just a patient. Walden dental has exceeded all my expectations! I haven’t been to the dentist in a while as I’ve had bad experiences in the past at other establishments thankfully I went with Walden dental this time. Dr. Frank and his team are amazing you can tell they genuinely care about your concerns and want to help. Everyone is so friendly and professional!
