I had a great experience with Smile Haus. Dr. Ida Ettehadieh was an amazing provider! She ensured that I understood my treatment and explained everything thoroughly. She made sure that I was comfortable during the entire procedure. She showed a lot of respect towards my opinions on certain treatments and had a positive attitude even though I asked so many questions. She didn’t put any pressure on me to do unnecessary treatments. I’m very happy with my results! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely one of the best experiences at a dental office I have ever had. I had a tooth crack on me over the weekend. I called the office first thing Monday morning. They were able to squeeze me in and fix the issue. Both the dental hygienist, Gabriel and Dr. Ida Ettehadieh were amazing. They were professional and kind. They explained each step of the procedure in detail. I really appreciate them both. Also want to give a shout out to the Smile Haus front of house staff too for going above and beyond with dealing with my insurance company. Brazo Smile Haus staff!

I recently had my first experience at Smiley Haus Austin, and it was absolutely amazing. The team is incredibly professional and excels at minimizing anxiety. They were always on time and communicated clearly about the purpose of the x-ray and other procedures. Dr. Ida took the time to thoroughly explain everything, provided gentle treatment, and shared valuable tips for aftercare. I can confidently say that I’ve found my dental home for life, and I highly recommend them, especially for those with a low pain tolerance. You won't regret it!

TLTR: After a disappointing experience getting a root canal and crown here I have requested my dental records and the remaining balance in my account. Nobody has cared to reply. I cannot longer recommend this office because the constant changes in doctors and personnel is insane. So if you are looking for a longterm treatment I would look somewhere else. I came here because of the good reviews and the proximity to my workplace but be advised that they pay $25 for giving a positive review. Full story: I have been in pain for years with one particular tooth after this office filled a painless cavity about 2.5 years ago. The filling got cracked after a couple of months. When I came back to treat it there were no doctors available and they sent me to another Smilehaus office. At that time a female doctor whose name I don’t remember filled the cavity again. After that procedure I was having more pain than before. They told me I needed a root canal. I was very disappointed since the original cavity was small to begin with but the second filling was very poorly done and in a rush. I came back for the RC and the crown. They had changed doctors again by that time. Dr. Fern did the RC and then Dr. Saez took care of the crown. After that I was still in pain. Many visits to the office forward and still in pain. Dr. Saez left and Dr. Ida took over. She said I needed a retreatment. And again they sent to another smilehaus office with another doctor (Levo) who also didn’t offer any good explanation on why I was still in pain and offered a retreatment for another $1000+ usd, even though in his opinion the original RC was perfect. After that I left because I couldn’t keep dealing with the situation. Now that Dr. Saez has left I no longer want to be patient of this office. And all I want is my x-rays and remaining balance in my account.

Smile Haus provides the most personable, thorough, and patient-centered dentist experience I have had. I have been going for over 1.5 years and feel my dental health is very well attuned to and taken care of. I also appreciate the way they slow down and explain things about my dental health to me so I can make informed decisions, and I appreciate that they provide full price transparency when making recommendations. I would highly recommend!
