Dr. Lewis and Taylor did a spectacular job today prepping me for my temporary crown, with my permanent crown arriving in a few weeks. They kept me up to speed through the entire process, making sure I was comfortable and pain free from start to finish. What impressed me the most was their extreme professionalism performed with the utmost respect accompanied by a gentle spirit and cheerful encouragement. Such a comfort for a patient who arrives a little nervous. Five Stars for the Barton Oaks Dream Team! This place isn’t just the best dentist office in town — it might be the best in the entire state of Texas. (I haven’t been to all of them, but I’m willing to bet my molars on it.) From the moment you walk in, the whole staff is smiling, friendly, and somehow makes you forget you’re at the dentist. Kristi is a plaque-fighting superhero who keeps my teeth sparkling and my smile bright. If there were a gold medal for dental cleanings, she’d have it. Dr. Shiva is awesome. Even though he occasionally drills into my face, I still like him. That’s how good he is. He’s always looking out for his patients and makes sure everything is done with care and precision. I trust him completely and that’s rare, because I don’t even trust my coffee maker to get my order right. I won’t go anywhere else. Barton Oaks is my dental ride-or-die.
