Dr willis ! Well well well. You took my money for nothing , zero results and kicked me out. 3 sessions of Botox for a small spot, no result. The explanation she gave me was : actually Botox is not permanent. After the first session of a laser scar removal the improvement was none , she told to go home and we'll call you. YOU TOOK MY MONEY FOR NOTHING, ZERO ,NADA RIEN.

I had two bumps on the tip of my nose that I was very self conscious about. Everyone back home told me there was nothing they could do for the bumps. I went to see Dr. Willis and she used an ED laser and after my second treatment the bumps are gone. I couldn't believe it when I looked in the mirror yesterday. My self esteem/ self confidence has improved. I'd def. recommend Dr. Willis to anyone. She was very patient with me and very kind. Thank you Dr. Willis for making me feel Beautiful again. ❤

Burned my skin with deep setting Co2 Laser, leaving both hyperpigmentation and hypopigmentation despite following post-procedure instructions to a T. Dr. Willis basically laughed it off, REFUSED to refund me, and instead had me come in for "light peels" which did absolutely nothing for the level of scarring she caused. I'm still dealing with it 7 months later and completely regret going through with the procedure. I tried disputing the charge with my credit card company due to the fact that I was given false hope about the results I'd get from laser treatment, and she disputed back. Just an FYI: If you are a POC, please DO NOT let ANY dermatologist recommend Co2 Laser treatment, especially on the deep setting. It is UNSUITABLE for skin of color and should have NEVER been recommended to me, nor should it have been followed through with as a professional. This facility advertises the fact that they can treat all skin types. Do not listen to this. It will save you the headache.
