Allegheny Health Network Home Infusion

Michele is my nurse..she is very nice and personable. Great at her job and very knowledgeable. My supplies were delivered and could not be happier with my experience

I was scheduled for a 9 a.m. home infusion. The day prior, a nurse whom I have never heard of contacted me about coming at 7:30 am. I told her that isn't preferred as I haven't been sleeping and was on 4 hrs. She said she'd call in the morning. I woke up for the appt (even though I didn't get to sleep until 3:45) and never heard anything. I tried calling the nurse twice and it took her until nearly 9:30 to get back to me after a no show when I specifically took a day off of work and i had informed her i was already scheduleda week late due to being out of town for 3 weeks. She never informed me of such consequences or I would have sucked it up. All completely unprofessional and unapologetic. Zero stars.
