Angel truly is an angel! She is so passionate about what she does! She listens to you, she always gives good advice! My favorite injector I’ve gone to over the years by far! Can’t forget to mention she always checks in! I think it’s so sweet that she considers you and checks in after appointments to assure you got results you wanted! She genuinely wants you to be happy with your service! A true Angel!

I love coming here atleast once a month! Everyone is so sweet. Olivia and Angel have done facials/microneedling/lasers/filler/ etc. on my face. It could be scary letting someone do a treatment on your face, but from the very first time I stepped in Ageless, i was comfortable and confident that this will be my new med spa for life. Angel took my goals and we put a plan in place for treatments & my skin care routine. After years of tanning and no spf, to occasional break outs.. my skin is the best it’s ever been. Love my Ageless Queens!!!

Ageless is my favorite and most trusted med-spa in the Pittsburgh area. Every time I’m there, I feel so comfortable and everything is always explained in detail without even having to ask. It truly feels more like a hangout while I’m getting treated. The energy there is amazing, Lexi has built such an incredible team!

I came to ageless for my first ever tox injections based on the recommendation of a coworker. I came to Angel specifically because of glowing reviews from my coworker (who is much younger and cooler than me, as well). I was nervous because I only had one area of concern (my forehead) and given the nature of aesthetics, I was worried that I’d feel judged and also that my insecurities would be amplified, that I’d be given new insecurities, and that I’d be upsold on services I didn’t want based on new insecurities I’d be fed. That was not the case at all. Angel was so kind and reassuring and made me feel so good about myself, actually. She was thorough in her assessment and explained that she saw my concerns and saw what may be concerns down the line but that she wouldn’t necessarily move to fix right now if I wasn’t worried about them (like areas around my eyes that are showing signs that they may start crinkling more in the not so distant future) and just explained that if and when those things become bothersome that we can always readdress. She very thoroughly explained the areas she’d treat and why because usually you need a few extra injection sites beyond what you’d think for reasons of symmetry and balance. She explained some anatomy and physiology of how the toxin works to me and also offered me Botox or dysport and explained the differences and why she’d recommend on versus the other. She had know idea that I’m a fellow RN, but I was so impressed with her knowledge and bedside manner that I can only imagine that if she was ever a bedside nurse that she was an absolute angel in that setting, as well. I know if I ever decide to seek out other modalities besides for tox, that I will be able to trust her with anything I need! I cannot recommend her enough!!

Leah was great!! This was my first jet peel and it was amazing! She explained what all the products were and how the process worked! I’m so excited to go back! Cannot recommend the jet peel or an appointment with Leah enough!
