Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery

I saw Nicole at Advanced Dermatology and I had skin concerns that had me worried. She was very thorough and put my fears to rest. She prescribed a lotion and discussed it with me completely. She even addressed other issues I had and provided me with a referral. She was pleasant and kind. As an older woman the medical profession isn't always kind. But Nicole was exceptional. She is not the first person I saw at that location and my previous visit was just as good. So I believe the culture of the practice is a very good one. Even the woman who took my information was delightful. I look forward to going back. I know I will be well taken care of.

This was one of the most unprofessional medical offices I've encountered (and I've been to a lot of doctors). Staff ignoring patients, extremely crowded waiting room at 8 am already confirmed to me that this is a patient mill. Staffing was chaotic. Filled out a health form that they immediately lost so I kept having to answer the same q's over and over. At checkout the INTAKE nurse was still running after me trying to complete my intake chart for medications being taken. Waited 20+ min after appt as first appt of the day and first person in the office, which I don't understand. Provider came in and within 30 seconds tried to diagnose me, and I had to stop and ask if she could examine my skin -- yes, she tried to diagnose my skin condition without looking at it! Her diagnosis changed once she did look but the visit was still so brief and rushed that I don't trust it, and that information would have been so key now that I am seeking rheum care and trying to figure out diagnosis. I would say my entire new patient visit for a chronic condition was less than 5 min total being seen. Sent first prescription a whole day later and never sent my second prescription to the specialty pharmacy as they promised, either. Just do yourself a favor and don't come here. Insurance should look into this office and force better care for reimbursement because they are not up to standard.

It's very rare that someone gets an upbeat doctor with positive vibes and great energy. I received all of them. Dr. Nicole Kosuda was excellent, knowledgeable, and kind. The staff was great also for both of my visits . I would definitely recommend this establishment if you have a skin problem. Dr Stokar runs the establishment. He has done a great job with the way this facility runs itself. Thanks again, Dr Kosuda!

I like Nicole..she really takes the time to look over my body for any skin cancer. And her smile and warmth realllly helps. I felt very comforable And the nurse that set up the table took pictures She’s amazing.

From getting an appointment within 2 days of calling, to the amazing staff who were so kind, easy going and professional, this place is fantastic! I highly and strongly recommend Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery to anyone.
