Dr. Bacik is AMAZING! She was such a great listener and gave me hope and helpful advice with my hair loss journey. I really appreciated her leveling with me and giving me all the options available to help! I would recommend her to anyone.

Had my first appointment and will be looking for a different provider immediately. It felt like I was at a fast food establishment with how quickly I was shuttled in and out. A classic case of "go buy this OTC med and here's a script...see ya". In my scheduling notes I requested that they take a look at two things and only once I had arrived and checked in did they notify me that they couldn't do both for insurance reasons and I would need to make a separate appointment for the second matter.

Exceptionally positive experience. Easy access to the building and ample parking. Warm, inviting interior to the offices with many amenities that make you feel comfortable like you are home. Every staff member was polite and positive. The doctor was knowledgeable Proficient and genuinely concerned about my well-being. She even called me that evening after the procedure to make sure that I was OK

Personally, not off to a good start. Initial visit went just fine. Felt sped through but I was able to ask questions and made an appointment for a removal. A week before I called to ask about the healing process. After ten minutes on hold I spoke to a nurse who was anything but patient or helpful. It took a lot of back and forth for me to get any of the information I needed about the surgery which should’ve been discussed in my initial visit. From what I pieced together, there’s no way to know what to expect or what guidelines to follow until she’s already cutting into me and it turns out I would need to be off work for a minimum of two days since my work is more labor involved. Rescheduled but still don’t know what to expect and lost confidence that this is the practice for me.
