Black Label Society is hands down one of the most relaxing, thoughtfully curated spa experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt an immediate sense of calm—soft, gentle music, serene lighting, and the most inviting ambiance. Everything from the essential oils to the overall atmosphere is designed to help you slow down and truly be present. You’re welcomed with a warm wrap, cozy robe, and slippers, which instantly sets the tone for relaxation-meets-luxury. The spa provider is an absolute gem—kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can genuinely feel the care and intention behind every service. I experienced a microdermabrasion facial, which left my skin feeling refreshed, smooth, and glowing. It promotes new skin cell growth, improves tone, and reveals healthy, undamaged skin—and the results were noticeable immediately. I also did LED light therapy, which helps reduce inflammation and bacteria while boosting collagen production. What really stood out is that the products used are made by the owners themselves. Their passion for quality and skin health is evident, and it made the experience feel even more special and trustworthy. The head spa deserves its own moment—absolutely incredible. The scalp massage, detoxifying scalp mask, and overall technique were beyond relaxing. It relieved tension I didn’t even realize I was holding, and the products used were amazing. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely reset. This was more than a spa visit—it was an escape. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly unwind, feel cared for, and experience next-level services, Black Label Society is it. Highly, highly recommend.

I went with my daughter to BLSS for the head spa and mini facial and the You Glow Girl Facial. We both had an amazing, relaxing experience at the aesthetically decorated salon. Joscelyn and Abby were attentive and knowledgable. The products used smelled incredible and left our hair and skin in lovely condition. I would have appreciated knowing more about what products were used. They do not provide a blow-out after the head spa, which was not a problem for us, but could be a nice add-on in the future. We would definitely love to return!

Spectacular Experience at Black Label Society Spa I just had the most incredible facial and brow wax at Black Label Society Spa, and I’m still glowing—inside and out! From the moment I walked in, the energy was calming and professional. One of the owners, Lacy, personally took care of me, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to really listen to all my concerns and potential skin complications before customizing a treatment just for me. The facial she created was not only completely safe for my skin needs, but also deeply relaxing and restorative. Her attention to detail and genuine care made this experience go above and beyond any spa visit I’ve had in the past. I left feeling refreshed, seen, and completely taken care of. If you’re looking for a luxurious, personalized, and healing experience—run, don’t walk, to Black Label Society Spa. Lacy and her team are absolute gems!

I made an appointment at BLSS for the head spa treatment with mini facial last Sunday but had to reschedule due to an eczema flare-up. I noted this on the intake form, yet was met with an abrupt reminder about their cancellation fee and told it would be “waived as a courtesy” — even though I wasn’t canceling, just rescheduling. When I came in on the new date (Friday), I was really disappointed. The setup didn’t feel spa-like — the table was in the middle of an open room against a wall, and the overall environment wasn’t relaxing. The “head spa” portion was essentially a hair wash using what felt like inexpensive Amazon scalp massagers, and oddly, none of it included the back of my head. The halo rinser kept making squeaking noises which didn’t help my inability to relax and I think it actually stopped working halfway through because she just switched to the nozzle. The “mini facial” was brief — mostly a quick cleanse, serum, and moisturizer, with maybe a few seconds of light face massage. I’m not sure if steam was used since my eyes were closed, but I didn’t feel any. By the end, my hair was soaking wet and I was handed a cheap blow dryer to use myself in the dressing closet. To make things worse, I started feeling itchy on the way home and had to rewash both my face and hair immediately. The concept is great, and the location is convenient, but this just didn’t feel professional or spa-quality. I honestly have a better head massage from my hair stylist. The service is listed as 75 minutes, yet I was in and out in 67 minutes — including undressing, paying, and drying my own hair. Which is fine, an hour seems enough but maybe update the website to reflect that. Abby was kind and I still tipped her 20%, and didn’t want to complain to her because it seemed like she was just following protocol and it wasn’t her fault, but overall this experience felt like something that should cost around $50, not a premium spa rate. I spent $180 in total to rewash my hair and face and do back to back blow drys. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend it — you’re better off going elsewhere for a real facial and relaxing experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Abby for a microderm facial! My skin usually gets really red and almost pinchy afterwards, but I had no issues with this whatsoever. She took a lot of time taking care of my skin afterwards. I would highly recommend coming here!!
