I have tried many solutions to help me with fibromyalgia pain along with other causes for inflammation, exhaustion, anxiety, doggedness; I could go on. Reflexology I have found to be the most effective therapy, and I have tried many because of so many undiagnosed reason for my symptoms. I have been going every 2 weeks for a couple of months now and have no intention of slowing down. My pain has lessened, I have more energy, my anxiety has reduced, I am more feeling healthier emotionally and physically for the first time literally. Reflexology makes me feel good for Head to toes and helps with my digestion and side effects from celiac. Best treatment I have ever done for myself.
