Incredibly unprofessional and deceptive owner. I would give this business 0 stars if I could. I purchased a Groupon certificate for an eyebrow threading service here, since it was only $10 and seemed like a good deal. I went in for a walk in, and the owner told me she didn't have time until a few hours later since she was in the middle of a facial service for another client. I said thanks, but I'd just go elsewhere, at which point she made me sit outside for more than 15 minutes while laughing and chatting with the client getting a facial. I felt it might be rude to leave at this point, so I waited. She then must have suddenly remembered she told me to wait outside her salon suite, and asked the client if it was fine for her to thread my eyebrows quickly while she let her face mask sit and the client agreed, so she let me in. I told her I had a Groupon and asked if that was okay, to which she said yes at first, and then told me, and I quote, "I don't have time for that. Use it next time" I was confused by this, and asked her what exactly was time consuming about scanning the voucher?? She then LIED TO MY FACE and told me a made up sob story about how she "just got here from India" and "doesn't have any accounts set up, so she can't do Groupon" If that was true, how exactly would she have set up the promotion on Groupon to begin with? And how would she have 50+ reviews on Groupon dating back years? How incredibly deceptive and disrespectful. The threading itself was fine, spare for the fact that she asked me multiple times if I wanted to get my upper lip threaded after I had already told her no. She then told me the cost for my eyebrows was $19 and tax, DOUBLE what I paid for the Groupon. I paid in cash, and she didn't even ask me if I wanted my change back.. To top it all off, she then told me to "use the Groupon next time!!" And gave me a punch card. As if I'm ever going to return after all that, Lol. I think she could sense my annoyance, and told me I could "ask Groupon for a refund." I left, and requested a refund on Groupon while reporting that the seller did not accept the voucher. I received a few phone calls from her after, which I ignored, but I can only guess she was attempting to get me to take back my report. All in all, don't waste your time or money here, there are better & more honest salon owners out there.

I went to this place for eyebrow threading twice, and both experiences were disappointing. The first time, when I called, she said she didn’t have time but then told me she would somehow make time for me. I thought that was nice. When I got there, she did my eyebrows, but when I asked for a few small changes, she didn’t do them. When I repeated the request, she said I was taking too much time and that it wasn’t her problem. She had asked me to come in even though she was in a hurry, so I let it go and didn’t make a big deal out of it. The second visit was worse. This time she did have time, but while threading my eyebrows, she was on a phone call. She didn’t explain how I should hold my skin and instead kept grabbing my hands and placing them near my eyebrow. After she finished the call, she said that if I didn’t hold it properly, she would mess up my eyebrows and they would look different on each side. I stayed quiet and let her continue. After she done with my eyebrows. I noticed she was watching reels on her phone instead of paying attention. I asked for a few changes after looking in the mirror, and she did them, but then immediately went back to her phone again. When I asked if it was $20, she confirmed it. Overall, I felt the behavior was rude and unprofessional. If someone isn’t giving proper attention to their customer, there’s no point in going there. She was careless and even cut my skin on one side. If this had happened only once, I might not have minded, but since it happened twice, I’ve decided I won’t be going back again.

I had an amazing facial at Nirvana Brows! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Dipti was incredibly professional and took the time to understand my skin concerns. The treatment was soothing, and my skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. I also appreciated the skincare tips she shared. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Nirvana Brows to anyone looking for top-notch skincare!

I have been going to Nirvanaa Brows now for about a year? I think to have my eyebrows threaded. Dipti always does such a wonderful job. Recently, I had a facial done by her for the first time and it was so relaxing. I came in feeling stressed and by the time she was done all that tension had melted away. My skin looks great too!

I would give this place zero stars if I could, horrible experience start to finish. I had an appointment at 3:45, upon arriving I was told to wait. I waited over 10 mins. What’s the point of an appointment then. I also scheduled for brow waxing and woman threaded my brows. Not only did I have to hold my face for her to do this, which was uncomfortable, my brows then hurt for days after. The skin around them is still sensitive. Then the lady gave a punch card, as if I’ll ever go back 😂 stay away from this place
