Natural Eyebrows Threading - Pittsburgh

Walked in at 5:40 pm when close time was 6. There was a woman currently getting her brows down in a seat but no line, and I was turned away because the woman had to do cleanup before 6. I have gone many times after work at this same time while there was other people seated and waiting their turn and I was not turned away. They could benefit from updating their closing time to 5:30 then. I consistent closing time and unprofessional

I’m so happy about the second location in the Waterfront! They do great work! And now they are closer to my house! It’s a win/win!

I frequent this place to get my eyebrows threaded and am always satisfied with my results. Today I met a new threader, Shoba, and she did an amazing job. She was very warm and friendly! Efficient service! Will be back 😊

They generally do a good job, but results vary depending on who does it. Some of the employees are snarky when you ask them to readjust the shape, which is weird. Stingy with the aloe too. If there were better options, I wouldn’t have bothered to deal with their attitude and their overpriced services.
