Spooled Rotten Eyebrow Threading Spa

I pull up during the advertised business hours and more often than not, the doors are locked and no one is there—which can be really frustrating when they’re the only threading place in the area and it’s the way I truly prefer to manage my eyebrows. Seems like they could use more hands on deck. When someone is operating the business: service is prompt, pleasant, and the quality of work is fabulous. Unfortunately, I’ll be tweezing my eyebrows today. I can’t wait any longer 😩

I have been going there since it opened in Squirrel Hills. I love it ! They're so kind. And I have a disability with my heart she is so kind and gentle I never have any issues of bleeding from my eyebrows, nothing. I would recommend to everyone. plus I bring my friends. And let me tell you due to my condition sometimes I come there with bushy brows and she makes them look beautiful and I just love it and always leave happy.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by Sunny for 2+ years. She is so kind and has very reasonable prices. I have very unruly eyebrows and one has a scar through it, so I am very particular about getting them professionally done. I could not recommend Spooled Rotten enough :)

Sunny has to be one of the sweetest people I've met. I initially went in for a waxing but she had told me about threading and I thought I'd give it a try and I absolutely loved it! She made the process super comfortable. My natural brows aren't shaped very nicely and I always thought I'd never have good looking natural brows but her threading gave my brows such beautiful shape and definition! I'm so happy to have come to her, she's amazing. Recommend to everyone!

This place is so friendly, always has time for walk ins, and does a great job.
